The prices for items on our website are established based on historical data, condition, material, brand, and color, reflecting their market value. We understand that sometimes an item may meet your requirements but is just outside your budget. In such cases, you are welcome to submit an offer.
While we do offer the option for customers to submit offers, this does not mean that all items are open to negotiation.
We reserve the right to accept or decline offers based on the item's market value and current demand. However, please note the following risks associated with making an offer:
-Your desired item may be sold before you manage to secure it.
-You may have to wait up to 72 hours for a response to your offer.
-We accept offers only through our online form and cannot expedite offers made via phone.
-An item is not reserved for you even if your offer is accepted until payment is made in full.
-All offers are exclusive of delivery costs.

Original 1930s Steel Crittall French doors with Sidelights.

We offer a complete refurbishment of our Crittall doors and windows, to help restore them to their former glory- see bottom of listing.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- The paint is weathered/worn on either side, as is expected on reclaimed metal items. This item would benefit from being sandblasted and repainted.
Security
- Has bolt locks on the inside for extra security.
- Multipoint locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 1 ‘Union’ key. However, we can order additional keys for £10 each.
Opening
- Internally opening doors.
- Externally opening casement window on the top-light.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.
Toplight
- The toplight / window can be cut off, leaving just the door frame height of 205.5cm.
Sidelight / Window
- There is one sidelight of width 51cm which can be cut off, leaving just the door frame width of 124cm.
Glazing
- Glazing is original single glazed, distorted.
