Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
Security
- High quality 9 point ‘Fullex’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 3 ‘Yale’ keys.
Opening
- Internally opening doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
- Has leaded diamond design externally on the glazing. This cannot be removed, so if you require completely clear glass you would need to replace the glazing entirely – please contact us for a quote.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Chrome and the hinges are White.
