High quality Composite Front Door, made by Door-Stop.

Door-Stop composite doors use glass reinforced plastic skins, keeping people safe, secure and protected against all weather conditions. It’s the same methods used today to make the hulls of boats because of its super-strong and exceptional wind and water resistance, as well as air permeability. To make the door super-strong, the lock edge has been fitted with a full length of 4mm thick, powder-coated aluminium lock strip.

Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• There are six small screw holes on the internal, top part of the frame left from a previous alarm system.
• There is a slight bend in the add on for the sidelight (coupler).
• Missing sill end caps, but these can be obtained online at low cost.

Security

• 3 point ‘Yale Lockmaster’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 ‘Yale’ keys.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
• Has a low threshold which can be sunk into the floor. This provides a level finish, so there is nothing to step over.

Sidelight / Window

• The sidelight/window on its own is: 45.6cm in width and can be removed if required.
• Just the door frame width is 99.3cm.

Glazing

• Glazing is double glazed, distorted, toughened with metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
• Glass thickness for the sidelight is 28mm and is distorted.

Colour

• The colour externally is woodgrain Black and internally is White, with a white frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Silver and the colour of the hinges is White.
