Composite Front Door with Toplight in Black, bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘Door-Stop’.
Would cost around £1,500 if you were to order bespoke direct.
Carefully removed by professional fitters.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable. Overall still its in excellent condition both sides.
- There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.
- Cracks and scratches to frame. Once installed with trim, defect(s) would be hidden.
- Screw holes in top right side of the door and frame from a previous alarm system which can be filled or covered by a new one.
Security
- 3 point ‘Wink Haus’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 3 keys.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
Toplight
- The toplight / window can be cut off, leaving just the door frame height of 202.2cm.
Glazing
- Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
Colour
- The colour externally is woodgrain Black and internally is Woodgrain White, with a White frame externally and a White frame internally.
- The colour of the handles is Silver and the colour of the hinges is White.

Item needs to be installed within 2 months and photos need to be given of the item fitted. We get all there details and fensa approved number, and then we will have fitters around the county thats able to install our items.
