Varnished Double Front Door in Hardwood, bespoke made by a professional joinery company to a very high standard.
Carefully removed by professional fitters.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Not bowed or rotted at all.
- There are some screw holes in the doors from previously installed furniture (kick-plates and a plaque), however these can be filled easily or covered with your own furniture.
- The varnish on the external side is slightly weathered. The doors could benefit from being re-varnished.
Missing Parts
- There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.
- Main lock would need to be changed as there is no key
- Handles, internal letterbox cover, and middle locking plate are missing, however these can all be purchased online at a low expense and fitted easily.
Security
- Has bolt locks on the inside for extra security.
- Multipoint locking system making it very secure.
Opening
- Inward opening doors. The main traffic door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
Glazing
- Glazing is single glazed, distorted with a ‘Flemish’ pattern, and toughened.
Colour
- Externally and internally is Varnished, so the original wood grain still shows throughout.
