These are ‘FD60’ fire Doors, however we do not have any certificates for them and cannot guarantee they would pass the current building regulations.

Its features also include an insulated ‘Rockwool’ core, weather seals, stainless steel hinges and hinge bolts. Its features also include two vision panels in each leaf and door closers with built-in leaf selector.

There is no threshold with these doors, as they were made to be used internally. They can be used externally though, but would need locks added to them if you wanted them lockable.

Built to E120 acoustic specifications.

Condition

• Brand new, never installed.
• Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.

Security

• Multipoint locking system (including top/bottom corners), making it very secure.

Opening

• Internally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the right.

Glazing

• Glazing is double glazed, clear, metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a Grey frame either side.
• The colour of the handles & hinges are Silver.
