The prices for items on our website are established based on historical data, condition, material, brand, and color, reflecting their market value. We understand that sometimes an item may meet your requirements but is just outside your budget. In such cases, you are welcome to submit an offer. However, please note the following risks associated with making an offer:
-Your desired item may be sold before you manage to secure it.
-You may have to wait up to 72 hours for a response to your offer.
-We accept offers only through our online form and cannot expedite offers made via phone.
-An item is not reserved for you even if your offer is accepted until payment is made in full.
-All offers are exclusive of delivery costs.

High quality Aluminium Bi-Folding Doors, bespoke made to the highest quality by Duration Windows.
Would cost around £6,000 if you were to order new direct.
These bi-folds are sprayed in a stunning textured paint ‘Smart sensations’ Diamond Grey SEN026, an exclusive range giving a metallic finish. This paint alone would cost around £1500 extra and requires no maintenance.
Condition
• Brand new, never installed.
• Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• Still has its protective packaging, as shipped by the supplier.
Security
• 5 point ‘FUHR’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 ‘Avocet’ keys.
Opening
• Externally opening & stacking doors.
When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens separately second door in from the right, the adjoining door can be opened so you have a set of french doors.
• When fully open, all 3 doors stack to the left and the 1 door stacks to the right.
• Doors are bottom rolling.
• Magnetically held together when stacked, to stop any movement.
• The combination incorporates a set of French doors, so you don’t have to have them all open at the same time.
Glazing
• There is no glazing with this item but we can order it in at a cost of £595 total inc VAT for all panes.
Glass would be of the highest quality: 28mm toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argos Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.
Glass will pass building regulations.
