The prices for items on our website are established based on historical data, condition, material, brand, and color, reflecting their market value. We understand that sometimes an item may meet your requirements but is just outside your budget. In such cases, you are welcome to submit an offer. However, please note the following risks associated with making an offer:
-Your desired item may be sold before you manage to secure it.
-You may have to wait up to 72 hours for a response to your offer.
-We accept offers only through our online form and cannot expedite offers made via phone.
-An item is not reserved for you even if your offer is accepted until payment is made in full.

Aluminium bi-folding doors, made to the highest quality by ‘Dutemann’.
Bespoke made on the 09/08/2021 and offer some of the most secure and energy efficiency ratings on the market.
The doors alone cost £4,144.01 + 20% VAT, which works out as £5,392.81, then the glazing was £1,400 on top, so these doors cost nearly £7,000- see invoice in photos.
Comes fully complete with nothing missing ready to be installed.
Since January 2022 prices have increased 20%+ on glazing & doors, so this would cost around £8,500 to order.
Condition
Brand new, never installed.
Still has its protective packaging, as shipped by the supplier.
Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
Colour
Professionally powder coated externally and internally in Matt Black RAL 9005, with a matching frame either side.
Powder coating offers a tough and resilient coating with a high quality finish, requiring no maintenance.
Has matching coloured furniture.
Operating / Style
Externally opening & stacking doors.
When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens separately on the Right; when fully open all 5 doors stacks to the left.
Doors are bottom rolling.
Magnetically held together when stacked, to stop any movement.
The sill and the frame come in parts and need to be fitted together (this is how they are manufactured and are assembled on site).
Security
4 point locking system making it very secure.
Comes with 3 high security ‘Yale’ keys.
Glazing
Glazing is 28mm thick Double Glazed, Clear, toughened with Black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency.

📞 Additionally, we provide support for any installation questions or issues for up to a year, provided the item is installed by a FENSA-approved fitter and you can supply the fitter’s invoice and contact details.
🌍 Purchasing pre-loved and surplus items reduces the demand for new products, thereby decreasing carbon emissions and the use of raw materials. Reusing materials is the best practice instead of buying brand new. All our items are carbon neutral because we do not manufacture them; they are excess items that would otherwise end up in landfills or recycling centers.
