Brand New Composite Front Door in Light Blue, bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘Eurocell’.
Would cost around £1,200 if you were to order bespoke direct.
Condition
- Brand new, never installed.
- Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
- Still has its protective packaging, as shipped by the supplier.
Missing Parts
- One Hinge cover missing, however these can be purchased online at a low expense.
Security
- 3 point locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 3 ‘Ultion’ keys.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
- Has a low threshold which can be sunk into the floor. This provides a level finish, so there is nothing to step over.
Glazing
- Glazing is triple glazed, frosted, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
- Decorative leaded glass, with a lovely 3D diamond design inside the glazing.
Colour
- The colour externally is woodgrain Light Blue and internally is woodgrain White, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Chrome and the colour of the hinges is White.
