Brand New Composite Front Door in Woodgrain Blue, bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘Eurocell’.

Condition

• Brand new, never installed.
• Excellent/very clean condition on both sides.
• A modern, high-quality front door designed to replicate an antique 1930s style door.
• Mismeasure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• Still has its protective packaging, as shipped by the supplier.
• Showing a small sign of being previously touched up with blue paint, and a very small mark on the front, but this is hardly visible (see photos) and could be easily repainted if desired.

Security

• 3 point ‘Avantis’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 ‘Ultion’ keys.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, distorted, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes. 
• Has leaded pattern design externally & internally inside the glazing.

Colour

• The colour externally is woodgrain Blue and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Silver and the colour of the hinges is White.
