The prices for items on our website are established based on historical data, condition, material, brand, and color, reflecting their market value. We understand that sometimes an item may meet your requirements but is just outside your budget. In such cases, you are welcome to submit an offer. However, please note the following risks associated with making an offer:
-Your desired item may be sold before you manage to secure it.
-You may have to wait up to 72 hours for a response to your offer.
-We accept offers only through our online form and cannot expedite offers made via phone.
-An item is not reserved for you even if your offer is accepted until payment is made in full.
-All offers are exclusive of delivery costs.

Brand New Composite Front Door in Woodgrain Black, bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘Eurocell’.
Would cost around £1,500 if you were to order bespoke direct.
Condition
- Brand new, never installed.
- Excellent/very clean condition on both sides.
- Mismeasure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
- There are light/faint marks on the external side of the door which could be easily touched up.
- 2 of the hinges have slight scratches which could also be touched up.
- Letterbox and sill end caps missing, however these can be purchased online at a low expense.
- This door is also missing a low threshold, which we will provide but it will need to be cut to size by your fitter upon installation.
Security
- 5 point ‘Wink Haus’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 3 ‘Yale’ keys.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
Glazing
- Glazing is thick double glazed, distorted, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
Colour
- The colour externally is woodgrain Black and internally is Woodgrain White, with a white frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Chrome and the colour of the hinges is White.

Reusing materials is the best practice instead of buying brand new. All our items are carbon neutral because we do not manufacture them; they are excess items that would otherwise end up in landfills or recycling centers.
