Condition

• Brand new, never installed.
• Mismeasure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• Small dent on the external side, and a chip to the internal side. Both of which could be easily touched up.
• There is one light scratch on the external top section of the frame – this would be mostly hidden by trim when the door is installed.

Security

• 5 point ‘Yale’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 keys.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
• Has a low threshold which can be sunk into the floor. This provides a level finish, so there is nothing to step over.

Colour

• The colour externally is woodgrain Black and internally is White, with a cream frame externally and white frame internally.
• Has matching Silver coloured furniture.
