• Brand new, never installed.
• Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• The paint is chipped slightly near the handle (see photos), however, this is purely cosmetic and could easily be touched up.

Security

• 3 point ‘Avantis’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 ‘Ultion’ keys.

Opening

• Comes with a low threshold, which can be sunk into the floor so there is nothing to step over.
• The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• Glazing is triple glazed, distorted, bevelled Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• Decorative leaded glass, with a lovely 3D diamond design inside.

Colour

• The colour externally is Purple and internally is White, with a white frame either side.
• The colour of the handles & hinges is White.
