Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Light marks on a door and light scratches on its glass pane externally, which are not easily noticeable.
• Overall excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Comes with door stoppers that you may put in or take out depending on your needs.
• Light marks on the hinges, but are hardly noticeable and can easily be touched up.
• Chip on the inside of the frame and plastic bit on top of the mullion is missing, which are only cosmetic and would not affect the operation of the product at all. You maybe able to find the mullion end cap online so the small gap is covered.
• Bottom locking plate and a hinge bottom cap is missing (see last photos), however these can be sourced online at a low expense.

Security

• High quality 9 point ‘Fullex’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 1 ‘Kenrick’ key.

Opening

• Externally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the right.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28 mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is matt White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Chrome and the colour of the hinges is White.
