Hard to find signs that these were actually installed as no mastic, but we’ll class these as Pre-owned and has been previously installed due to slight wear.

Hairline crack on the bottom of one of the doors. Small marks on some of the hinges. Cosmetic only and replacing the hinges can be done at very low cost,

Opening

Externally opening & stacking doors.

When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens separately on the left.

Has a low threshold which can be sunk into the floor. This provides a level finish, so there is nothing to step over.

Glazing

THESE DOORS COME WITH BRAND NEW CLEAR GLAZING.
Glass is of the highest quality: 28mm toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argos Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.
Glass will pass building regulations.

Colour
