Eurocell Upvc White French Doors
uPVC French Doors bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘Eurocell’.
Would cost around £2,000.00 if you were to order new direct.
Due to a recent £3million investment in research and development, Modus residential doors deliver industry-leading energy efficiency. With a triple-seal option providing superb thermal performance and air tightness, U-values as low as 0.7 can be achieved – exceeding Passivhaus standards.
Condition
- Brand new, never installed.
- Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
- Still has its protective packaging, as shipped by the supplier.
- Light marks on 3 hinge covers, but these are hardly noticeable and could easily be touched up if desired.
- Sill end caps are missing, however you can purchase them online at a very low cost.
Security
- High quality 9 point ‘Ingenious’ locking system (including top/bottom corners), making it very secure.
- Comes with 6 ‘Kenrick’ keys.
Opening
- Externally opening doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.
Sidelight / Window
- There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 59.1 cm in width.
- The sidelights can be cut off, leaving just the door frame width of 127.6 cm.
- If one sidelight is cut off, the door frame width is 186.7 cm.
Glazing
- There is no glazing with this item but we can order it in at a cost of £450 total inc VAT, this will take 2-3 days to be delivered to us.
Glass would be of the highest quality: 28 mm toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argon Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.
Glass will pass building regulations. - If you want to order yourself, the units required are:
- Width: 52.7 cm, Height: 190.2 cm x 2 panes (checked LH)
- Width: 41.6 cm, Height: 174.6 cm x 1 pane (checked LH)
- Width: 41.3 cm, Height: 174.5 cm x 1 pane (checked LH)
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is matt White, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching White coloured furniture.
Ideal if you’re after some high quality doors at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
