Condition

• Part installed removed the same day.
• One side of the frame has slight bowed, this could be addressed by manipulating the frame screwed in to straighten that side, please see photos there is a spirit level indicating how much the frame is out on that side. The window still operates as normal. This price has been changed to reflect this defect.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened black warm edge spacer , Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is wood grain Anthracite Grey, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Chrome and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
