Eurocell uPVC Grey Casement Window

uPVC Casement Window in woodgrain Slate Grey (RAL 7015), bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘Eurocell’ (Modus).
Would cost around £1,000 if you were to order bespoke direct.
Due to a recent £3million investment in research and development, Modus residential doors deliver industry-leading energy efficiency. With a triple-seal option providing superb thermal performance and air tightness, U-values as low as 0.7 can be achieved – exceeding Passivhaus standards.
Condition
- Brand new, never installed.
- Excellent/very clean condition on both sides.
- Mismeasure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
- Still has its protective packaging, as shipped by the supplier.
- Missing sill end caps, however these can be purchased online at a low expense.
- The sill is darker (Anthracite Grey RAL 7016) and the window is lighter (Slate Grey RAL 7015) – see photos.
Security
- High quality 6 point ‘Maco’ locking system (including top/bottom corners), making it very secure.
- Comes with 1 ‘Avantis’ key.
Opening
- Externally opening windows – see photos.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28 mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
- Slightly tinted (helps to regulate a buildings temperature, increases privacy and offers sun protection).
Colour
- The colour externally is wood rain Slate Grey (RAL 7015) and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the sill is Anthracite Grey (RAL 7016).
- The colour of the handles is White and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
