Aluminium Casement Window bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘Everest’.
Would cost around £400.00 if you were to order new direct.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Small scratches in places please see last photos.
- The bottom glass pane will need to be fitted and screwed in once installed.
Security
- Multipoint point locking system making it very secure.
- There are no keys for the window, but can still be locked shut from the inside. You can order a new handle/s online for £5 posted which would come with keys.
Opening
- Externally opening windows – see photos.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, frosted, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is matt White, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Gold and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
