Composite Front Door by ‘Everest’ and would cost around £2,500 new direct.
‘Double Rebated’ giving an even greater thermal insulation and security by virtue of their 68mm thick door leaf construction, compared to the 44mm of a standard single seal composite door.
This adds twice the defence against wind & rain, gives better U-value, improved insulation and improved draught resistance.
They also have the added advantage of an internal steel reinforcement which makes the door even more stable and superior to a standard composite door.

- Cosmetic small screw holes in the frame & chip to bottom internally.
- Small chip in door, but could be touched up.
Security
- 5 point ‘ERA’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 3 ‘Zone’ keys.

- The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is Chartwell Green, with a White frame externally and a White frame internally.
