Condition
- Brand new, never installed.
- Mismeasure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
- Still has its protective packaging, as shipped by the supplier.
- Energy Rating is ‘A’.
- There is no handle with this window, but these can be purchased online for a small expense.
Security
- High quality 4 point ‘Maco’ locking system making it very secure.
- There are no keys with this window as they would be supplied along with new handles.
Opening
- Externally opening windows – see photos.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with white warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- Has Georgian Bars internally, externally and internally inside the glazing giving a high-quality appearance. These cannot be removed, so if you require completely clear glass you would need to replace the glazing entirely- we can order new glass for £50 total including VAT.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is woodgrain White, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the hinges is Silver.
