These are ‘FD30’ Fire Doors, however we do not have any certificates for them and cannot guarantee they would pass the current building regulations.

High Quality Wooden (Pine) ‘FD30’ Fire-Rated Front Door, bespoke made by ‘New Sentry Doors’, who make some of the highest quality doors on the market. Their doors are designed not to twist/ warp like cheaper doors can do after just a couple of months and are power coated so require no maintenance.

Model: ‘Flat Entrance Door (FED11)’. We have had many customers use these externally, but you may just have to change the threshold, please speak with your installer.

This door was originally ordered for a block of high-end flats in Central London, however it was made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.

Dated 11/11/2022, these fire doors offer some of the latest security and energy efficiency ratings on the market.

Would cost around £3,000 if you were to order bespoke direct. Included is a Satin Chrome coloured ‘Perko Powermatic’ door closer made by ‘Samuel Heath’, which can be found online for over £500 alone – see screenshot (there is no box for this item).

Condition

• Brand new, never installed.
• Mismeasure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.
• One very small mark on the external part of the door (see photos) which could be easily touched up if desired.
• Small split to the wood on the frame (see photos) which could be easily fixed with adhesive and touched up.

Security

• 3 point ‘Wink Haus’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 ‘Yale’ keys.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.

Toplight

• Just the toplight add-on is 33.2 cm in height, 90 cm in width and 9.1 in depth. These measurements would need to be added to the table opposite if you are fitting the toplight add-on.

Colour

• Professionally powder-coated on both sides, giving a perfect finish and requiring no maintenance. Externally in Red and internally in White, with a white frame either side.
• Has matching Silver coloured furniture.
