This product is modern (produced in 2024), and offers some of the latest security and energy efficiency systems on the market.

We believe these are ‘FD60’ fire Doors, however we are not 100% sure. We do not have any certificates for them and cannot guarantee they would pass the current building regulations.

These also could be used externally, you may just have to change the low threshold.

Condition

• Brand new, never installed.
• Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• There is a small dent in the top corner of the frame, however this dose not affect the door operation. (Please see last photo’s)

Security

• 3 point ‘Wink Haus’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 keys.

Opening

• Comes with a low threshold, which can be sunk into the floor so there is nothing to step over
• The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.

Toplight

• The toplight / window can be cut off, leaving just the door frame height of 205.5cm.

Glazing

• Glazing is double glazed, frosted, (impact/ fire resistant), Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• Laminated (High performance safety glass and is held together if shattered; also reduces noise).

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• Powder coating offers a tough and resilient coating with a high quality finish, requiring no maintenance
• The colour of the handles is Chrome and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
