Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable. Overall still its in excellent condition both sides
• Some light marks in places/ on the sill- see photos.
• Sill end caps missing, however these are only cosmetic and do not affect the doors at all.

Security

• High quality 6 point locking system (including top/bottom corners), making it very secure. This includes two separate locks; one made by ‘Chubb’ and one made by ‘Union’.
• Comes with one ‘Legge’ key and one ‘Chubb’ key.

Opening

• Externally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the Left.

Sidelight / Window

• The sidelight / window on its own is 95 cm in width and can be removed if required.
• Just the frame width is 184.7 cm.

Glazing

• Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is matte Grey, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Silver and the colour of the hinges is matte Grey.
