The prices for items on our website are established based on historical data, condition, material, brand, and color, reflecting their market value. We understand that sometimes an item may meet your requirements but is just outside your budget. In such cases, you are welcome to submit an offer. However, please note the following risks associated with making an offer:
-Your desired item may be sold before you manage to secure it.
-You may have to wait up to 72 hours for a response to your offer.
-We accept offers only through our online form and cannot expedite offers made via phone.
-An item is not reserved for you even if your offer is accepted until payment is made in full.
-All offers are exclusive of delivery costs.

Aluminium French Doors bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘Monarch Aluminium’.
Would cost around £3,500.00 if you were to order new direct.
Carefully removed by professional installers.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable. Overall still its in excellent condition both sides.
- Light scratches on the door pane in some spots, however these are hardly noticeable.
- Rain sills are loose due to missing rubber, but could easily be fixed using screws.
- A screw for the escutcheon plate is missing internally, but this could be easily fixed.
- The sill is in two parts due to the way the doors were previously installed. You may look to purchase a new straight sill if you wanted to use it.
Missing Parts
- 1x bottom locking plate, sidelight coupler (to attach the sidelight to the French door frame) and sill end caps are missing, but these could be purchased online at a low expense.
Security
- High quality 5 point ‘Union’ locking system (including top/bottom corners) and multi-point ‘Legge’ Chubb lock, making it very secure.
- Chubb lock is stuck at the moment, however it could be fixed or a new lock box purchased.
- Comes with 1 ‘Union’ and 1 ‘Legge’ key.
Opening
- Externally opening doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the right.
Sidelight / Window
- The sidelight / window on its own is: 106 cm in width and can be removed if required.
- Just the frame width is 184.7 cm.
Glazing
- Glazing is 24 mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is matt Grey, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Silver and the colour of the hinges is Black.
Ideal if you’re after some high quality doors at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
