Wooden Timber French Doors. Bespoke made by a professional joinery company to a very high standard.

The door thickness is 6cm compared to the standard factory 4.4cm.

Condition

• Excellent condition both sides, does have the odd mark and could benefit from a repaint/ sand down.
• Not bowed at all.
• Corners slightly chipped, handles are scratched, small section of the leaded bar has come off, small section of rot on one of the doors a couple of mm so has not affected the doors at all.
• There is no frame for these doors.
• Missing hinges.

Security

• Multipoint point ‘ERA’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 1 ‘ERA’ key.

Opening

• Externally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.

Glazing

• Glazing is 14 mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
• Has leaded Georgian Bars stuck externally on the glazing, these can not be removed. If you want clear glazing you would have to replace the glazing. We can do this for a cost of £145 total including VAT, but your installer would need to install the glazing.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, but could easily be stripped down if you wanted the original woodgrain showing.
• The handles are Black.
