Condition

• Brand new, never installed.
• Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• Missing two hinge cap covers and one hinge (see photos), however, these are available to purchase online and are easy to fit. Most French Doors only have 3 hinges, so the 4th hinge isn’t required for the doors to operate.

Security

• 7 point ‘Avantis’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 ‘Ultion’ keys.

Opening

• Externally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.

Glazing

• Glazing is double glazed, clear, black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• Has Georgian Bars internally, externally & internally inside the glazing, giving a high-quality appearance. These cannot be removed, so if you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units- we can do this for a total of £195 including VAT.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching Chrome coloured furniture.
