Wooden Pine French Doors. Bespoke made by a professional joinery company to a very high standard.

Carefully removed by professional fitters.

Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Not bowed at all.
• The wood is cut along the side of one sidelight (see photos) which could be filled and covered with trim upon installation.
• Screw holes on the internal side of one door (see photos) which could be easily filled.
• Very small amount of rot (approximately 0.5mm deep) on the underside of both doors and sidelights, which could be repaired/restored by a competent carpenter.
• There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.
• Main lock would need to be changed as there is no key.

Security

• Multipoint locking system making it very secure.

Opening

• Externally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the right.

Sidelight / Window

• There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 55.8cm in width.
• Just the frame width is 110.2cm.
• The width with just one sidelight is 166cm.

Glazing

• Glazing is 14mm thick double glazed, clear metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
• Each pane is individually glazed. This makes them easier to replace if broken.

Colour

• Varnished on the exterior side, showing the natural woodgrain throughout. The colour internally is Grey.
• Has matching Solid Brass furniture.
