Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Drain caps are missing, which can be purchased online. These are purely cosmetic and not crucial to the installation or operation of the doors.
• One piece of beading is cracked (see photos), however, replacement beading can be purchased online. This is only cosmetic and doesn’t affect the integrity of the beading.
• Small chip to one edge of the frame (see photos) which could be concealed by trim.
• There are cuts to either corner of the top-light from the previous installation (see photos). These could be filled or covered with trim when installed again.

Security

• 7 point ‘Yale Lockmaster’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 1 key.

Opening

• Externally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.

Toplight

• The toplight / window can be cut off, leaving just the door frame height of 206.5cm.

Sidelight / Window

• Just the frame width is 128.5cm.
• There are multiple different widths to the sidelights:
• Sidelight one width: 34cm.
• Sidelight two width: 35cm.
• If the smaller sidelight is cut off, the door frame width is 163.5cm.

Glazing

• There is no glazing with this item but we can order it in at a cost of £395 total inc VAT.
  Glass would be of the highest quality: 28mm toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argon Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.
  Glass will pass building regulations.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
