Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• The trim on the sidelight is coming off slightly (see photos). This could be reattached or replaced for new trim.
• Rubber gasket is slightly split in one corner(see photos), however, replacement gasket is available to purchase online and is easy to fit.

Security

• 7 point locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 2 ‘Mila’ keys.

Opening

• Externally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the right.

Toplight

• The toplight / window can be cut off, leaving just the door frame height of 190cm.

Sidelight / Window

• There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 44.3cm in width.
• Just the frame width is 120cm.
• The width with just one sidelight is 164.3cm.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching White coloured furniture.
