Hardwood Varnished Brown French Doors
Wooden (Hardwood) French Doors in Varnished Brown.
Bespoke made by a professional joinery company to a very high standard.
Would cost around £1,500 if you were to order bespoke direct (when complete with frame).
Carefully removed by professional fitters.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Not bowed or rotted at all.
- Small chip on the rain sill (see photos) which could be easily filled and touched up.
- Some chips and scuffs to the varnish on both sides, which could be easily touched up or re-varnished.
Missing Parts
- There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.
- Hinges missing, however these can be purchased online at a low expense.
Security
- Multipoint point ‘Yale’ locking system (including top/bottom corners), making it very secure.
- Comes with 2 ‘Yale’ keys.
Opening
- Externally opening doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left (see photos for a diagram).
Glazing
- Glazing is 14mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
- Slightly tinted (Helps to regulate a buildings temperature, increases privacy and offers sun protection).
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is Varnished Brown.
- Has matching Solid Brass furniture.
