Bespoke made by a professional joinery company to a very high standard.

Would cost around £2,000.00 if you were to order new direct.

The door thickness is 5.5cm compared to the standard factory 4.4cm.

Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable. Overall still its in excellent condition both sides.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.
• Weathering wear and light chips on the sill (see photos), but nothing a professional sanding down and re-painting wouldn’t cover.
• Small tear on the rubber gasket seal on the sill (see last photo), however, it can be replaced at a low expense.
• Missing the screws to re-hang the doors.

Security

• 3 point locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 1 ‘Yale’ key.

Opening

• Externally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.
• Has a low threshold which can be sunk into the floor. This provides a level finish, so there is nothing to step over.

Glazing

• Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal white spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• Slightly tinted (Helps to regulate a buildings temperature, increases privacy and offers sun protection).
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is matt White, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching Gold coloured furniture.
