Bespoke made by a professional joinery company to a very high standard.

Would cost around £4,000.00 if you were to order new direct. 

The door thickness is 5.8 cm compared to the standard factory 4.4 cm.

Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Both side frames have been cut into two while dismantling, however these can be used as a template for building a new frame or may be able to re-use.
• Both bottom and top parts of the frame are in good condition and can be re-used.
• Missing the screws to rehang the doors.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.

Security

• Has bolt locks on the inside for extra security.
• High quality 3 point locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 2 ‘LSH’ keys.

Opening

• Externally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28 mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is matt White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Black and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
