Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.
• Light paint flaking in some places, nothing a repaint wouldn’t cover.
• Light chips on bottom of a door and on the frame internally, but can easily be filled and touched up.
• 2 screw holes on a door and 4 holes on the frame internally, however these can be filled.

Security

• Has bolt locks on the inside for extra security.
• High quality 5 point locking system (including top/bottom corners), making it very secure.
• Comes with 1 high security ‘Garrison’ key.

Opening

• Externally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.

Glazing

• Glazing is 14 mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
• Has leaded Georgian Bars externally on the glazing as well as internally inside the glazing, giving a high-quality appearance. These cannot be removed, so if you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units.

Colour

• The colour externally is matt Brown and internally is matt White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Gold and the colour of the hinges is Silver. Handle got a tarnishing effect externally.
