Wooden - Pine Brown French Doors
Wooden Pine French Doors.
Bespoke made by a professional joinery company to a very high standard.
Carefully removed by professional installers.
Would cost around £3,000.00 if you were to order new direct.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Not bowed or rotted at all.
- Light paint flaking in some places, nothing a repaint wouldn’t cover.
- Light chips on bottom of a door and on the frame internally, but can easily be filled and touched up.
- 2 screw holes on a door and 4 holes on the frame internally, however these can be filled.
Security
- Has bolt locks on the inside for extra security.
- High quality 5 point locking system (including top/bottom corners), making it very secure.
- Comes with 1 high security ‘Garrison’ key.
Opening
- Externally opening doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.
Glazing
- Glazing is 14 mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
- Has leaded Georgian Bars externally on the glazing as well as internally inside the glazing, giving a high-quality appearance. These cannot be removed, so if you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units.
Colour
- The colour externally is matt Brown and internally is matt White, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Gold and the colour of the hinges is Silver. Handle got a tarnishing effect externally.
