To order these bespoke from a joinery company would cost you over £5,000.
They are extremely heavy and well made. The doors alone are 8cm thick, which is nearly double the thickness of standard 4.4cm doors.
This provides top security and energy efficiency ratings- these doors are built to last a lifetime.
Carefully removed by professional fitters.
Condition
- Excellent clean condition both sides.
- Not bowed or rotted at all.
- Few chips down the side of the frame, however these would be hidden with trim when installed. There is also a small chip on one of the beading- see photos.
Security
- 5 point ‘Maco’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 1 ‘ERA’ key.
Opening
- Externally opening doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left (see photos for a diagram).
Sidelight / Window
- There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 57.6cm in width.
- The sidelights could be cut off if desired, leaving just the door frame width of 120.8cm.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
Colour
- Externally and internally varnished both sides so the original woodgrain still shows.
- Has matching Chrome furniture.
