Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.
• Light paint flakes, wood chips and dents on places, but nothing a touch up wouldn’t cover.
• 3 screw holes externally, but can be filled easily.
• Light dents on the putty externally in few places, which is not easily noticeable and could be filled if required.

Defects

• There is condensation occurring inside two of the double glazed units- we can order a replacement panes for £150 total including VAT.

Missing Parts

• There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.

Security

• Has bolt locks on the inside for extra security.
• Multi-point ‘Union’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 1 ‘Union’ key and a bolt key.

Opening

• Externally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the right.

Glazing

• Glazing is 14 mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.

Colour

• The colour externally is White and internally is Light Grey.
• Has matching Gold coloured furniture.
