Condition

• Was only installed in a showroom for 6-12 months.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.
• There are a few scratches in the paint and there is also a small dent near the glazing on the external side, however these are only cosmetic and dose not affect the door operation. (please see last photos)
• The side of the frame has a tiny nick, however this will be hidden once it is installed. (Please see last photos)

Security

• 3 point locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 keys.

Opening

• Internally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.

Glazing

• Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear, metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
• Has Georgian Bars internally, externally & internally inside the glazing, giving a high-quality appearance. These cannot be removed, so if you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units.
• We can order replacement clear glazing for an additional £95 including VAT. This would be delivered along with the doors, ready to be installed by your fitter.

Colour

• Professionally powder coated in Anthracite Grey (RAL 7016) and internally powder coated in White, with a matching frame either side.
• Powder coating offers a tough and resilient coating with a high quality finish, requiring no maintenance.
• Has matching Silver coloured furniture.
