Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.
• The paint is weathered and chipped on either side, as is expected on pre-owned wooden items. These doors could benefit from being sanded and repainted.

Security

• 3 point ‘Wink Haus’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 1 key.

Opening

• Externally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.

Sidelight / Window

• There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 39.2cm in width.
• The sidelights can be cut off, leaving just the door frame width of 170.3cm.
• If one sidelight is cut off, the door frame width is 209.5cm.

Glazing

• Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear, black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is Cream, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching Black coloured furniture.
• Powder coating offers a tough and resilient coating with a high quality finish, requiring no maintenance.
