Carefully removed by professional fitters.

The door thickness is 5.6cm compared to the standard factory 4.4cm.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Not bowed or rotted at all.
- The paint is weathered and chipped on either side, as is expected on pre-owned wooden items. These doors could benefit from being sanded and repainted.
Security
- 3 point ‘Wink Haus’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 1 key.
Opening
- Externally opening doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.
Sidelight / Window
- There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 39.2cm in width.
- The sidelights can be cut off, leaving just the door frame width of 170.3cm.
- If one sidelight is cut off, the door frame width is 209.5cm.
Glazing
- Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear, black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is Cream, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching Black coloured furniture.
- Powder coating offers a tough and resilient coating with a high quality finish, requiring no maintenance.
