Wooden Hardwood, French Doors. Bespoke made by a professional joinery company to a very high standard.
Would cost around £5,000.00 if you were to order new direct.
The door thickness is 5.4cm compared to the standard factory 4.4cm.
Carefully removed by professional fitters.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Not bowed at all.
- There a small amount of rot on the bottom of the door, 1cm into the wood .
- 2 external vent covers are missing however these can be purchased online for a low expense.
Security
- 5 point locking system (including top/bottom corners), making it very secure.
- Comes with 10 keys.
Opening
- Externally opening doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the right.
Sidelight / Window
- There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 59cm in width.
- The sidelights can be cut off, leaving just the door frame width of 121.5cm.
- If one sidelight is cut off, the door frame width is 180.5cm.
Glazing
- Glazing is 20mm thick double glazed, clear metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Chrome and the colour of the hinges is White.

Offer 1 years warranty with all our items (if installed by a Fensa approved installer). 3 month return policy. Item needs to be installed within 2 months and photos need to be given of the item fitted. We get all there details and fensa approved number, and then we will have fitters around the county thats able to install our items.
