Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Not bowed at all.
• There a small amount of rot on the bottom of the door, 1cm into the wood .
• 2 external vent covers are missing however these can be purchased online for a low expense.

Security

• 5 point locking system (including top/bottom corners), making it very secure.
• Comes with 10 keys.

Opening

• Externally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the right.

Sidelight / Window

• There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 59cm in width.
• The sidelights can be cut off, leaving just the door frame width of 121.5cm.
• If one sidelight is cut off, the door frame width is 180.5cm.

Glazing

• Glazing is 20mm thick double glazed, clear metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Chrome and the colour of the hinges is White.
