Wooden Pine French Doors, bespoke made by a professional joinery company to a very high standard.

Would cost around £1,000.00 if you were to order new direct(when complete with frame).

This door is for internal use.

Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.
• Light chipping in a few places (see photos), but, these can easily be filled and touched up.
• Small crack in the top of the door,(see photos) however this will not effect the function of the door.

Security

• Has bolt locks on the inside for extra security.
• 3 point ‘Chubb’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 1 ‘Chubb’ key.

Opening

• Internally opening doors.
• Hinges/ locks could be altered (holes may need to be filled) if you wanted the door opening/ operating another way.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.

Glazing

• Glazing is single glazed, clear, toughened.

Colour

• This product has been professionally varnished and sealed from factory. This offers a tough and resilient coating, requiring no maintenance, whilst still showing the original wood-grain throughout.
• The colour of the handles is Silver.
