Wooden Pine French Doors in Light Grey. Bespoke made by a professional joinery company to a very high standard.
Would cost around £5,000.00 if you were to order new direct.
The door thickness is 6cm compared to the standard factory 4.4cm.
Carefully removed by professional fitters.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Not bowed or rotted at all.
- Small chip on the internal side of frame this can be filled and painted over, see in photos.
Security
- 3 point ‘Wink Haus’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 1 ‘Wink Haus’ key.
Opening
- Externally opening doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.
Sidelight / Window
- There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 44cm in width.
- The sidelights can be cut off, leaving just the door frame width of 159.7cm.
- If one sidelight is cut off, the door frame width is 203.7cm.
Glazing
- Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is Grey, with a matching frame either side.
- Powder coating offers a tough and resilient coating with a high quality finish, requiring no maintenance
- Has matching Silver coloured furniture.
