Condition

• Brand new, never installed.
• Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• The escutcheon is missing (see photos), however, these are available to purchase online and are easy to fit.
• Small screw holes on the spine of the door (see photos), however, these will not be visible when the door is closed and could be filled.

Security

• 3 point ‘Wink Haus’ locking system making it very secure.
• Has a high security Anti-Snap barrel and comes with 3 ‘Yale’ keys.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• Glazing is 24mm thick triple glazed, distorted, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
• Decorative leaded glass, with a lovely 3D diamond design inside.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is Brown (Rosewood), with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the hinges is Gold Chrome.
