Wooden Hardwood Front Door.
Bespoke made by a professional joinery company to a very high standard.

Would cost around £2000.00 if you were to order new direct (when complete with frame).

Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable. Overall still it’s in excellent condition on both sides.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.
• Some chips and scratches to the surfaces of the door and sidelights – these could be easily touched up. They are purely cosmetic and do not effect the operation of the door whatsoever (see photos).
• It is just the door width in the table opposite.

Missing Parts

• There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.
• Main lock would need to be changed as there is no key.

Security

• 2 separate locking systems – one made by ‘Yale’ and one by ‘Chubb’, making it very secure. The locking plates were both

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
• Hinges/ locks could be altered (holes may need to be filled) if you wanted the door opening/ operating another way.

Sidelight / Window

• There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 32.2 cm wide.
• Just the door width is 81.2 cm.

Glazing

• Glazing is 18mm thick triple glazed, bevelled, toughened.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
• Has leaded pattern design internally inside the glazing.
• Decorative leaded glass, with a lovely 3D bevelled diamond and distorted design inside.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is Brown (Golden Oak).
• This product has been professionally varnished and sealed from factory. This offers a tough and resilient coating, requiring no maintenance, whilst still showing the original wood-grain throughout.
• The colour of the handles is Chrome and the colour of the hinges is Brass.
