Carefully removed by professional fitters.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Small crack on the external side of the door (see photos), however the front panel could easily be replaced or the crack could be filled.
- The handles do not spring back into place when operated. However, replacements can be purchased online and are easy to fit.
- 2 hinge caps are missing (see photos), but these are available to purchase online and are easy to fit. These are purely cosmetic and not crucial to the operation of the door.
Security
- 7 point ‘Safeware’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 3 ‘Kenrick’ keys.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
Sidelight / Window
- There is one sidelight of width 57.5cm which can be cut off, leaving just the door frame width of 89.5cm.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, distorted, black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
- Has leaded Georgian Bars externally & internally inside the glazing, giving a high-quality appearance. These cannot be removed, so if you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is woodgrain Brown (Rosewood), with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Chrome and the colour of the hinges is Brown.

We get all there details and fensa approved number, and then we will have fitters around the county thats able to install our items.
