Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Screw holes on internal side of the door and frame from a previous alarm sensor (see photos). These could be filled, or re-used for a replacement sensor.
- The paint has worn slightly on the handle (see photos), however this is purely cosmetic and does not affect the operation in any way.
- Paint chips to three of the hinges. These however are metal and could easily be touched up/ painted.
Security
- 5 point ‘FUHR’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 3 ‘ISEO’ keys.
Opening
- The door opens outwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
Sidelight / Window
- There is one sidelight of width 70cm which can be cut off, leaving just the door frame width of 84.5cm.
Glazing
- Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, distorted, black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
- Has Georgian Bars internally inside the glazing. These cannot be removed, so if you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units. We can replace the glass for £150 including VAT.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching White coloured furniture.

Item needs to be installed within 2 months and photos need to be given of the item fitted. We get all there details and fensa approved number, and then we will have fitters around the county thats able to install our items.
