• 3 point ‘Avantis’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 keys.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.

Toplight

• The toplight / window can be cut off, leaving just the door frame height of 202cm.
• There is no glazing for the toplight but we can order it in at a cost of £60 total inc VAT.
  Glass would be of the highest quality: 28mm toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argon Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.
  Glass will pass building regulations.
• If you want to order yourself, the units required are: Width: 84.6cm, Height: 30.2cm x1 pane(s)(checked by JBH).

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, distorted, black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.

Colour

• The colour externally is Anthracite Grey(RAL 7016) and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Chrome and the colour of the hinges is White.
