Carefully removed by professional installers. Would cost around £3,500.00 if you were to order new direct.

Ideal if you’re after some high quality doors at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.

Please note: The product is externally beaded.

The door thickness is 5.4 cm compared to the standard factory 4.4 cm.

Condition

• Previously installed for only 12-18 months.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Veneer slightly weathered on the bottom externally, however it is hardly noticeable.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.

Security

• Has bolt locks on the inside for extra security.
• High quality 3 point ‘ERA’ locking system making it very secure.
• Has a new barrel and comes with 3 keys.

Opening

• Externally opening & stacking doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens separately on the right.
• When fully open, all 3 doors stack to the left.
• Doors are bottom rolling.

Glazing

• Glazing is 24 mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is wood grain Brown (Golden Oak), with a matching frame either side.
• This product has been professionally varnished and sealed from factory. This offers a tough and resilient coating, requiring no maintenance, whilst still showing the original wood-grain throughout.
• The colour of the handles is Chrome and the hinges are Brushed Stainless Steel.
