Condition
- As new, was part installed and removed the same day.
- Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
Missing Parts
Missing one locking plate, which could be ordered online and installed by your fitter.
Missing keys, however, this window can still be locked from the inside by turning the handle. New handles complete with keys can be purchased online.

- 4 point locking system making it very secure.

- Externally opening windows – see photos.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- We can order clear replacement glazing for an additional £100 including VAT. This would be delivered along with the window, ready to be installed by your fitter.
- Has leaded Georgian Bars externally and internally inside the glazing, giving a high-quality appearance. These cannot be removed, so if you require completely clear glass you would need to replace the glazing. We can order this for an additional £145 including VAT. It would arrive along with the window on delivery, ready to be installed by your fitter.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is Brown (Golden Oak), with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Gold Chrome.
