Condition

• Brand new, never installed.
• Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• There is a slight dent on the bottom of the frame, however this dose not affect the door and could be covered once installed.

Missing Parts

One piece of beading is missing, however these can be purchased online.

Security

• 3 point ‘Wink Haus’ locking system making it very secure.
• Has a new barrel and comes with 3 keys.

Opening

• Externally opening & stacking doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens separately on the right.
• When fully open, all 3 doors stack to the left.
• Doors are bottom rolling.
• Magnetically held together when stacked, to stop any movement.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is matte Anthracite Grey (RAL 7016), with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching Black coloured furniture.
