Condition

• Brand new, never installed.
• Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.

Missing Parts

• Main lock would need to be changed as there is no key

Security

• 5 point ‘FUHR’ locking system making it very secure.

Opening

• Externally opening & stacking doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens from the right.
• When fully open, all 5 doors stack to the left.
• Doors are bottom rolling.

Glazing

• There is no glazing with this item but we can order it in at a cost of £745 total inc VAT.
  Glass would be of the highest quality: 28mm toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argon Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.
  Glass will pass building regulations.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is matt Anthracite Grey RAL7016, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Anthracite Grey and the colour of the hinges is Black.
